Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM)
Universidad Católica San Antonio de Murcia (UCAM) is a private university based in Murcia, Spain, and the coordinator of GreenChem. Through its Scientific Culture and Innovation Unit it leads the network across teaching, research, knowledge transfer and internationalisation, bringing together education and applied research in chemistry and sustainability.

Servicio Regional de Empleo y Formación (SEF)
SEF is the Regional Training and Employment Service of the Region of Murcia (Spain), an autonomous body of administrative character, depending on the Educational and Labour Policy Administration, in charge of promoting, developing and enforcing the Regional Labour Policy (Employment, Career Orientation and Training), counting with 25 employment offices distributed throughout the Region, two Guidance, Entrepreneurship and Innovation Centres for Employment (COE) and the National Reference Centre for Chemical Vocational Education and Training (CRNQ) (Royal Decree 73/2017). SEF spends over 32 million euro every year providing Vocational Education and Training (VET) both to improve the qualification and to increase the employability of unemployed people. SEF provides training for young people, unemployed and current workers who want to progress in their careers by VET studies. The training provided is both broad and for all economic sectors but a booster on industrial sectors like Chemistry, Energy and Naval according with Ris4Mur.

Universitat Jaume I is a public university in Castelló de la Plana, Spain, with strong chemistry and sustainability research feeding into the consortium.

Skills Divers S.L.
Skills Divers specializes in European education and innovation projects, with a strong focus on vocational education and training (VET), digital learning, and skills development aligned with European policy priorities. The organization supports the design, implementation, and dissemination of EU-funded initiatives, particularly in areas such as digital transformation, immersive learning technologies, sustainability, and advanced technical skills. Skills Divers brings extensive experience from numerous European projects related to vocational excellence, curriculum design, and innovative learning methodologies, including initiatives connected to Centres of Vocational Excellence (CoVEs), digital education, and emerging technologies. Skills Divers has experience in creation of public-private partnerships and regional skills ecosystems, connecting education, industry and research, identifying regional actors to cooperate with and training education leaders to follow these links over time and create new bridges between them. These partnerships are intended to foster applied research in training centres.

COLQUIMUR (Official Association of Chemists of the Region of Murcia) is a public-law professional body representing professionals in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, and Food Science and Technology. Its mission is to promote professional excellence, support scientific and technological development, defend the professions it represents, and ensure their proper practice in the service of society, while upholding high standards within the chemical sector and related industries. COLQUIMUR serves as a reference centre for training and professional development, offering specialized courses, seminars, and technical events for professionals and companies. It also actively promotes science communication and public engagement through educational initiatives, outreach activities, and events aimed at fostering scientific literacy and encouraging interest in STEM disciplines. The Association collaborates closely with public administrations, universities, research centres, and industry stakeholders, providing technical expertise and contributing to initiatives related to innovation, sustainability, environmental protection, occupational safety, and industrial competitiveness. Through these activities, COLQUIMUR helps strengthen the regional and national chemical ecosystem and supports scientific and technological progress.

Wirtschaftskammer Steiermark (WKO Styria)
The Economic Chamber of Styria (WKO Styria), part of the Austrian Federal Economic Chamber (WKÖ), represents over 100,000 businesses across industry, tourism, agriculture, trade, and services. As the regional body for business advocacy, it promotes economic development and connects enterprise needs with education and regional strategies. A key pillar of vocational education and training (VET) is WIFI Styria, the region's leading provider of adult education. With more than 3,000 courses annually and over 40,000 participants, it delivers practice-oriented training through around 800 instructors at 15 locations. Its offerings include modular programmes, micro-credentials, upskilling pathways, and digital transformation courses, all aligned with the European Qualifications Framework and current industry standards. The research and development department Room466 by WKO Steiermark focuses on sustainability, talent management, and digital learning. Through international projects, it develops and tests innovative educational solutions, supported by strong networks and a practical, collaborative approach.

The Chemistry Academy is an institution for education, training and continuing professional development in all areas of chemistry. (1) College of Chemistry: a comprehensive full-time programme completed in 4 semesters, providing broad knowledge across all areas of chemistry and focusing on practical training. (2) School for Industrial Master Craftspersons in Technical and Environmental Chemistry (Werkmeister School): a part-time continuing-education programme lasting 4 semesters with classes held on Fridays and Saturdays. (3) Continuing Education and Professional Development: a wide range of courses for participants with varying levels of chemistry knowledge, from those with a basic understanding to those with advanced expertise in the field.

Kocaeli Provincial Directorate of National Education
Kocaeli Provincial Directorate of National Education is a regional public authority and a decentralized structure of the Ministry of National Education, embracing 12 district directorates working to improve the quality of and access to education in the region in line with the Ministry. It oversees the planning and coordination of all educational and training activities from preschool to secondary and adult education across Kocaeli Province, and supports school principals, teachers, and other staff with a variety of in-service training courses. It also collaborates with other directorates and institutions in Kocaeli on many national and international projects. As an umbrella organization for educational institutions in the province, the Directorate is responsible for around 1,300 schools and institutions — including preschools, special-needs institutions, primary and secondary schools, vocational secondary schools, vocational education centres, public training centres for adults, and counselling and research centres — with a total of some 26,000 teachers working in those schools and institutions.

Through cooperation with local authorities, universities, vocational training institutions, civil society organizations, and the private sector, the company implements projects that promote environmental sustainability, digital transformation, workforce development, and regional competitiveness.

Kocaeli Darıca Aslan Çimento Vocational & Technical High School (DACVET)
Kocaeli Darıca Aslan Çimento Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School is a public VET provider located in Darıca, Kocaeli, Türkiye, an industrial region with strong links to chemistry, food, printing, manufacturing and logistics sectors. The school delivers vocational and technical education aligned with labour market needs and supports learners' progression to employment, higher education and lifelong learning. Its vocational fields, laboratories and workplace-based learning approach enable practical training, occupational competence development and cooperation with regional stakeholders. Within the GREENCHEM project, the school contributes to mapping Turkish VET pathways, analysing curricula and qualifications, identifying green and digital skills gaps, and supporting the development and dissemination of learning content on sustainable chemistry, digital laboratory practices and industry-oriented vocational excellence. Through its regional education and industry connections, it supports stakeholder engagement and the adaptation of green and digital chemistry competences to EQF level 4 VET contexts.

Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality
Kocaeli Metropolitan Municipality performs its duties in accordance with the applicable legislation, primarily the Metropolitan Municipality Law No. 5216, the Municipality Law No. 5393, and the Public Financial Management and Control Law No. 5018. The hierarchical structure of the municipality consists of the mayor, the general secretary, the assistant general secretaries, the department heads, and the managers. The general secretary and assistants can exercise authority on behalf of the mayor within the framework of municipal legislation. The Municipal Council and Municipal Board are the top management bodies where strategic decisions are made. There are 27 department heads within the municipality.

PPV is an economic development agency developing businesses and business ecosystems since 2008. PPV is based in Lviv (Western Ukraine). SME Development and Business Maturity, Local Economic Development, and Institutional Development are key activity areas. The agency has expertise in the creative economy, sustainability, innovation, financing, and cross-sectoral collaboration. The agency delivers project and programme management services, consults businesses and advises institutions, conducts studies and delivers capacity-building programmes. PPV also provides analytics for businesses and organizations. Economic development agency PPV is a Business Information Support Centre set up within the EU4Business initiative by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The agency is an associate member of the European Creative Business Network. PPV works in multi-sectoral collaborative projects on a national scale. It has invested in 3 enterprises, incl. Business Hub in Lviv. PPV is a founder of the Centre for Regional Development (CRD).

With campuses mainly along the Finnish west coast, Novia emphasizes close collaboration with industry, international cooperation, and applied research to prepare students for working life.

MAGNETAR is a Cyprus-based consulting, research and project-implementation organisation active in European and national initiatives that promote innovation, sustainability, skills development and inclusive growth. The company supports the full project cycle, from concept development and partnership building to research, training design, digital tools, stakeholder engagement, dissemination and impact monitoring. MAGNETAR works across key fields such as green transition, renewable energy, circular economy, entrepreneurship, employability, vocational education and training, digital transformation, blue growth, tourism, rural development and social innovation. Through its multidisciplinary team, the organisation combines technical expertise, EU project-management experience and strong local networks with SMEs, municipalities, chambers, education providers, civil society organisations and policy stakeholders. MAGNETAR contributes to projects by translating complex challenges into practical learning resources, capacity-building activities, pilot actions and communication strategies that help communities, learners, businesses and institutions adopt more sustainable, inclusive and future-oriented practices.

Cyprus University of Technology (CUT)
Cyprus University of Technology (CUT) supports the state, industry and society in their efforts to confront problems, which cover all areas of science and technology towards basic and applied research. The university was recently ranked as 11th Best Small University Worldwide (Times Higher Education World's Best Small Universities 2018) and within the top 301-350 universities (Times Higher Education World University Rankings 2021). CUT has managed to dispose of a significant number of projects funded by the Cyprus RIF and the European Framework Programmes (FP6, FP7 and H2020), the LIFE and IEE Programmes, and the European Territorial Cooperation Programmes such as Interreg IIIB/IVC, Archimed, MED, JPI etc.

The mission of SPGZ is to build a healthy business environment, creating an attractive image of the economic region and a vibrant environment in which we want to live and work. The vision of the Chamber of Commerce of the North Primorska Region is to support the economy and to play a leading role in the economic development of the region. It is the first point of entry for business to develop regional infrastructure, to promote innovation and plays a role in shaping legislation that respects a sustainable environment.

Regional Development Agency ROD Ajdovščina
RDA ROD Ajdovščina is a public regional development organisation from western Slovenia, operating in the Vipava Valley and the wider Goriška region. Its mission is to support sustainable regional development by connecting local communities, businesses, educational institutions, public authorities and other stakeholders. The agency works in the fields of entrepreneurship, regional development, tourism, environmental sustainability and rural development. A key part of its work is strengthening entrepreneurial competences, supporting career orientation, working with companies and linking education with the needs of the local economy. RDA ROD also contributes to regional development programmes, action plans and strategic documents that guide regional priorities and funding opportunities. In GREENCHEM, RDA ROD contributes to regional skills ecosystems by engaging stakeholders, identifying skills needs and good practices, and supporting the validation of competences with companies and regional actors.

University of Nova Gorica (UNG)
University of Nova Gorica is one of Slovenia's most research-intensive universities, with environmental science at the core of its identity. The institution grew from the School of Environmental Sciences, founded in 1995, and was the first in Slovenia to offer a comprehensive university programme in environmental sciences. Today, it offers interdisciplinary undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programmes in fields including environmental sciences, natural sciences, engineering, humanities, arts, and business. The university places a strong emphasis on integrating research with teaching, allowing students to gain hands-on experience through participation in real research projects. With a relatively small student population, the university provides a supportive learning environment and close interaction between students and faculty. Its international outlook, English-language programmes, and collaborations with institutions worldwide attract students and researchers from many countries, helping the university contribute to scientific advancement and regional development.

CIAC Formazione
CIAC is an Italian consortium company with over 50 years of experience in vocational education, employment services and lifelong learning. Rooted in Piedmont, CIAC works closely with businesses, municipalities, mountain communities and industry associations to support local development and skills growth. The organization designs corporate training programmes for companies, offering upskilling, reskilling and qualification courses tailored to evolving labour-market needs. CIAC is the coordinator of Accademia Piemonte for the Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Biotech Sectors; the project funds training programmes for employees within companies in the supply chain, as well as training paths aimed at unemployed individuals to facilitate their employment in companies operating in the sector. The organisation also provides qualification and diploma pathways mainly in Mechanics and Mechatronics, IT, Wellness and Hospitality, at EQF levels 3 and 4. In 2025, CIAC obtained the ETF Certificate of Commitment to Vocational Excellence, confirming its commitment to continuous improvement.

Fondazione ITS Biotecnologie Piemonte is a Higher Technical Institute at EQF Level 5, based in Turin, Italy, specialising in biotechnology, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and biomedical sciences. Accredited under the Erasmus+ Higher Education strand, the Foundation operates at the intersection of academic training and industry, delivering two-year programmes in areas including biotech R&D, quality systems, pharmaceutical plant management, green chemistry, circular production processes, and biomedical device design. The Foundation works in close partnership with regional and national companies, offering curricular internships and international mobility for both students and staff. Its mission is to bridge the skills gap by training highly qualified, work-ready technicians for an evolving, knowledge-driven labour market increasingly shaped by sustainability and circularity challenges.
