WP1

Project management & coordination

Ensures effective coordination, financial compliance and structured progress monitoring in line with EU requirements. It provides the overall management framework — supporting timely delivery of activities, partner collaboration and alignment with Erasmus+ objectives.

WP2

New curricula proposal

Strengthens and modernises VET systems in green chemistry, aligning programmes with European standards, labour-market demands and the needs of the green economy. It delivers Specific Objectives 1 and 2 by conducting research, updating occupational profiles and designing flexible, future-oriented learning pathways.

WP3

LMS for digital & green chemistry

Training modules · interactive e-learning · dedicated LMS

Develops high-quality training content that integrates green chemistry and digital tools for learners in VET and Higher Education. Structured, modular materials — in both traditional and digital formats — are converted into interactive e-learning modules and hosted on a dedicated Learning Management System.

Strengthens the capacity of VET and Higher Education institutions to deliver practice-based training by modernising laboratory infrastructure and developing pilot-scale facilities. It fosters hands-on innovation and sustainability-oriented education, aligned with the 12 Principles of Green Chemistry.

Strengthens cooperation between VET institutions, industry and policy actors to create vibrant skills ecosystems in green chemistry. It integrates stakeholder engagement, mobility schemes, start-up incubation and policy experimentation to secure long-term impact and sustainability.

Quality assurance & evaluation

Ensures the quality, effectiveness and sustainability of the project's educational and training initiatives. It establishes a systematic evaluation and continuous-improvement framework to monitor progress, assess impact and align outcomes with European standards, industry needs and the CHEMSKILLS blueprint.

Dissemination & exploitation

Communication toolkit · online presence · exploitation · IPR

Maximises the visibility, impact and sustainability of the GreenChem CoVE project. It ensures outcomes reach academia, industry, policymakers and the public — fostering collaboration, knowledge exchange and the long-term adoption of results.

110 student and 22 teacher mobilities, the first international campus, incubation framework validated.

220 student and 44 teacher mobilities, second campus, and a cross-border MoU signed by all skills-ecosystem actors.
