Overall coordination, quality of delivery and day-to-day management of the consortium.

WP2

New curricula proposal

Desk research, job-profiles update, the new curriculum proposal and a micro-credential strategy.

WP3

LMS for digital & green chemistry

Training modules — sustainable chemical synthesis, digital tools in green chemistry, PFAS and regulatory frameworks.

WP4

Pilot-plant exercises (applied research)

Lab audit, training programme and pilot plan that bring applied research into VET.

WP5

Networking, incubation & policy

Stakeholder good practices, mobilities, the summer campus and roadmap recommendations.

WP6

Quality assurance & evaluation

Quality and evaluation plans, outputs validation, and a guide to applying EU VET policies in the chemistry sector.

WP7

Dissemination & exploitation

Dissemination and communication toolkit, online presence, exploitation strategies and IPR agreements.

New curricula defined

Published on the project website following stakeholder recommendations.

VET schools equipped

Schools skilled and equipped for applied green-chem research, with training modules.

Network operative

110 student and 22 teacher mobilities, the first international campus, incubation framework validated.

Network established

220 student and 44 teacher mobilities, second campus, and a cross-border MoU signed by all skills-ecosystem actors.
